Michael Niermann

Operations Manager

Michael graduated with a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the Citadel, Charleston, SC. With more than 26 years of experience in his field, Mike has worked for the government with a focus on designing, testing, and fabricating systems. Mike served an adult leader with the Boy Scouts of America for 13 years, guiding boys to become good citizens. For the last six years, Mike has been a crew leader for Home Works of America which teaches high school students how to repair homes in the local community during multiple summer sessions. He has traveled to Peru in 2016 and Haiti in 2017 to build homes for the local communities. For the last 21 years, Mike has been a member of the Knights of Columbus, participating in charity work for the local Charleston area.
