Rosemarie Maglietta

Rose became AEO’s Board President in 2024. 

Rose brings over 40 years of professional experience spanning start-up entrepreneurial companies to Fortune 100 distribution and corporate holding conglomerates. She held VP positions in Systems Integration, Data Services, and Program Management for data suppliers and FDA fulfillment houses. From 2007 to 2023, she served as Founder and Managing Member of The Maglietta Group, LLC, a business management consulting firm specializing in quality assurance, market research, and strategic vendor assessments for clients across the U.S., Canada, and Europe.

Rose holds an MBA from Temple University Fox School of Business and a BA from Albright College.
